Michael Moroni, DDS
Dr. Moroni was raised in northern California. He attended California State University at Hayward where he received his B.S. in biology. In 1997, he graduated with his doctorate in dentistry from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. He completed his dental residency at the world famous Cleveland Clinic with emphasis in the treatment of HIV/AIDS and Alzheimer’s patients. In 1999, he moved to Colorado where he opened his private practice.
Dr. Moroni is a leader in the field of CAD/CAM dentistry, which is the art of digital impressions to fabricate a same-day crown, veneer or onlay. Unique in his field, Dr. Moroni is one of the only dental practitioners in the country that utilizes both the CEREC and PlanScan CAD/CAM systems presently at Mirage Dental. Dr. Moroni is a beta tester for the PlanScan, utilizing his expertise to make intelligent recommendations to the developers so the experience for the patient is improved. This state-of-the-art technology places Dr. Moroni as one of the top CAD/CAM dentists in the United States. Dr. Moroni is committed to quality care and has taken over 200 hours of continuing education yearly with emphasis in cosmetic and CAD/CAM dentistry.
Dr. Moroni enjoys spending time with his three daughters, Gabrielle, Isabella and Allie.

Mi Vo, DDS
Dr. Vo was born and raised in Colorado. She spent her childhood years in Parker and Littleton and attended Regis University where she earned her B.S. in Biology with a specialization in Molecular Biology and Genetics. After completing her undergraduate education, she worked as the lead dental assistant at a private practice in Cherry Creek and then interned with the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine where she later earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. During her fourth year of dental school, she participated in the Advanced Clinical Training and Service Program and practiced with several community-based health clinics across Colorado. Dr. Vo values lifelong learning and consistently spends her time attending continuing education courses to ensure her patients receive modern comprehensive care.
In her free time, Dr. Vo enjoys spending time with her husband, Tho, and golden retriever, Barley. They regularly take Barley to the Cherry Creek State Park to watch him swim and play fetch. Dr. Vo has recently become a plant enthusiast and loves adding to her collection of house plants. She is a foodie who also loves traveling and most recently explored Italy for the first time.

Emily – Office Manager
Emily has been with our team since 2013. She enjoys the friendship and teamwork at our office and loves working our team and patients. Emily and her husband Robert have one son, Colemen. Outside of the office, she loves to hike and be outside.
Charity – Dental Hygienist
Charity brings over 17 years of experience as a Dental Hygienist. Charity Graduated top of her class from Indiana University Dental School after obtaining her bachelor’s in biology. She specializes in Periodontal Pediatrics, special needs patients and bringing comfort to patients who have dental fear or past trauma. When she is not working you will find her with her family either at the soccer field, hiking or on the lake during the summer.
Carmen – Dental Assistant
Carmen has been with the Mirage team since 2015. She became a certified dental assistant at Pima Medical Institute in Colorado Springs in 2006. Carmen loves being part of our awesome team and uses her fantastic people skills and ability to multitask to help care for our patients. She enjoys being outdoors, whether in a park, a splash pad or just relaxing in the back yard. Carmen is a busy grandparent to two amazing grandchildren.
Jena – Dental Assistant
Jena is originally from Louisiana but has been here in Colorado for most of her life. She enjoys traveling and particularly loves spending time at the beach and in the mountains. Jena played softball for 13 years, which taught her valuable qualities such as resilience, hard work, and team spirit. She feels being a dental assistant has changed her life in so many ways!
Joleen – Dental Assistant
Joleen is originally from Southern California. She moved to Utah for college, where she met her boyfriend. Together, they moved to Castle Rock to pursue their dream jobs. Joleen has worked in the dental field for 3 years and loves all the amazing patients she meets daily. When she is not working you can find her skiing, hiking, rock climbing, thrifting or relaxing with her two cats.
Jaime – Patient Coordinator
Jaime has been with us since 2023.She is a native Coloradan. She grew up in Denver and moved to Castle Rock in 2014. She loves spending time with her family. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, working- out drawing and writing.
Bre – Patient Coordinator
Bre, our patient coordinator, is originally from colorful Colorado! She has been in the dental field for 3 years and has experience in multiple roles in the office. She loves hiking, photography, animals, good food, her family, her boyfriend and most importantly life itself. Bre enjoys building relationships with patients by creating a welcoming environment.
